Hello from New Jersey

I've had a couple of Lodge cast iron skillets for a few years. Using them mostly to cook cornbread. I came across this site in my quest to learn "how to season" and use the tools. Eventually intend to obtain some Griswold or other pieces. Bought "The Story of Griswold & Wagner", 5th edition as a resource because of all the pictures. Really interesting. Wish I had gotten interested long ago.
