Help me identify this pan

I need to get a pic of the handle (because I was a goof and was holding it), but I have a close up of the number imprinted on the handle and there is a "bump" on the back at the 12 o'clock positon.?????

The bump isn't part of the pan. Too much crud to be cleaned off first, but there may be a Wagner under it. Or an unmarked Wagner. Or some other surprise.

I suspected it might just be crud. Thanks for the info. I'll post more pics as I go through the cleaning process.
