Hi all,
I have this bread stick pan that doesn't have any markings but the handles are shaped differently than other bread stick pans of this style that I have seen. Any ideas?
You might not ever ID this piece as markings are 80% of the ID. FWIW I think it might be a custom piece for a production bakery. I base it on the handles as you said they are different. The handles look like they are made to fit on rods that suggest a rack for many pieces. Good luck and maybe someone here can prove me wrong.
The handles are the same as those on a Favorite Piqua Ware. So it is likely either unmarked FPW or someone's copy using a FPW as a pattern. Could possibly even be CHF. The handles are shaped that way to make it easier to grab with a hot pad or oven mitt but also allow the hanging hole to be unobstructed.
