I can't really judge the size of it from the pictures but it reminds me of the Lodge fish pan like the one pictured here that sold on ebay.

Here is a smaller version they are calling a roaster but again no lid.

The lid would not only maintain freshness or heat, but also makes the bread pans stackable. Think meatloaf dinner for 20 sitting on the warm end of a wood stove.
