#10 Lodge Lid with President Heads Stamped on It?

Hello everyone. I picked up this lodge lid today for my #10 3 notch. After a closer look there is a band across the top with three stamps that look like presidents heads. This is the only picture that I have, sorry. Does anyone know anything about this lid? I know it is old because the casting is beautiful, the ears are big, not pictured, and it is much lighter than a newer #10 lodge lid that I have.
Thanks,
Kyle

I thought so too but they look more intentional then that. I thought i read somewhere that there were some skillets and lids done to commemorate a president or the winning of a war or something. Because of that I assume it is either Washington or Lincoln, if anything at all. These look like a presidents head up close. I may be crazy though, cast iron fever.

Here are some better pictures. Any info on the lid would be great. I am wanting to know the age so I can find the skillet to match.

This is just something most likely to do with the pattern's handle retracting mechanism that was meant to stay filled in and not imparted to the casting. Late 40s to 1950s I would guess.

My excitement died a bit when I got home from my road trip and was able to take a closer look. Still worth 12.50 for sure. It should go great with my three notch. Thanks Doug.
