Puritan Dutch Oven with Trivet

I just finished restoring this today. It's a #8 Puritan dutch oven with trivet, the first I have ever come across. Both Griswold and Favorite made the Puritan line and I think this is a Griswold made, having a part number. I'm also not positive the trivet is correct, but guessing it might be since it looks a lot like a griswold trivet. Anyone have any expertise?

Yes, Griswold-made. The Merit DOs they made for Sears also have the same pattern numbers. Hard to say on the trivet. Even the most miscellaneous Griswold items normally have pattern numbers, but in the case of store brands there may have been exceptions. Griswold round iron trivets are normally marked on the footed or finished side of the pattern.

Thanks for the information Doug. The trivet has an 8 on the other side, but no part number or name. It does look very similar to the Griswold trivets though.
