The unmarked ones I saw online said Made In The USA. This one does not. If not a Wager any ideas what it is?

Doug, there is no size number incised on the handle. Only the letter 'B' on the bottom of the handle. The letter "B" is also below the description.

That primarily refers to pans such as skillets, which were made in multiple sizes, and that's where and how the number would be found on an unmarked Wagner. The "B" is just a pattern identifier. One part of confirming the maker of unmarked pieces is comparing them to marked versions, the other is just having seen the conventions that the maker used, like fonts, placement, etc. enough times.
