Need help identifying this pan.

The cooking surface of this pan is about 10 1/4 it does say 9 K @ the 6 o'clock on the back of the pan. The pan is bottom gatted. Have some information that it is a early Excelsior Stove Co by G.F. Finelly out of Saint Louis, Mo.

From what little I have seen of them, Excelsior/G.F. Filley skillets are marked either G.F.F. or Excelsior in raised letters, with perhaps a raised molder's mark, and are of an archaic design with inset heat rings. Are the markings on yours incised or raised? Can you post a photo?
