Feels Like It Is

I have this skillet? It has some weight to it, so I am thinking it is CI. Usually I can Google enough to get some information, but I am not having any luck with this one. The handle is riveted on and has a 20 marked on it. The skillet is 8" across the top. It came to us used and before I choose how to clean it up, I'm hoping to find out a little more about it.

So, my wife comes home and upon seeing this pan on the table says, "You in a crepe mood?" Ah Ha...so after a little Googling...turns out this is a steel pan manufactured in France by de Buyer. I'm going to contact them and see if they can provide any background on the piece.
