Large Griddle(?) ID

Hi there,

This is my first time posting, but I was hoping someone could tell me something about this piece. I pulled it out of my grandmothers wood burning stove, but I'm not really sure how old it is. It's 14" in diameter and is branded Wagner Ware Sydney -0- at the top and 14A at the bottom of the backside.

That Logo was used from 1922 to 1959 according to this site. Most of the information there to narrow the date ranges is for skillets so maybe someone will be able to narrow it down even further for you!

In the red book on page 46 it shows this bail handle griddle being produced between 1914-1923. That's a nice griddle. Welcome to the forum.

Thanks so much Bonnie and Loyd! I thought the bail handle (learned a new term!) was definitely interesting. Excited to learn much more about CI.
