I can relate, as I have had the same expierence. Mine was with a Descoware DO. the autumn leaf kind. The one handle was broke off when I got it. The ladyI bought from was nice enuff to refund half my money,Which was very nice of her, even tho she packed it, I assume. The best part is, I still use it every once in awhile. I have the broken handle , but Im sure it cant be fixed, no clue.

The sad part is that they try to blame the USPS, but a video of opening the box hurts their pocket and not mine. I have even opened boxes right at the PO counter so no one could blame me, that way my postmaster marks it arrived damaged. Full refund time, but the loss of history hurts the most.
