what is the waffle iron that is opened up? the waffle pattern doesn't look like the normal grid.

Stover is right. Pretty cool waffle iron. Crosses on one side squares on the other.

It is at my child’s school every year in Albuquerque. Hoffmantown Church to be exact. It is really small. Usually only 10 booths or so. We are all parents of students and they give us a free booth space.
