OOPS! Aluminum in Lye Bath

I accidently put an aluminum Wagner drip drop trivet in my lye bath for an entire week. Can I still use the lye solution or do I need to make a new one?
The learning curve can be a real pain some times.

No reason to need to, but if you feel better doing it, change it out.

Thank you, I was worried that the aluminum might have left something behind in the solution that would be bad for the Iron.
I will definitely keep a magnet handy from now on to keep me from doing it again.
