Toy? Sample? Manufacturer of Pan And Skillet?

I've had these two pieces for several years and have made several efforts to identify them as to make. So far, no luck. I would think that the curvature of the handle and the way in which it joins the body would be a dead giveaway but I can't find any other examples, identified or otherwise. Casting quality is decent. Round bottom pan has been machined or ground smooth on the inside. Skillet has not and has an odd texture as though a piece of cloth somehow etched in to it. Quarter for scale.

probably came as a set with one of the small 'toy' child's stoves. they were made to actually cook with... and had scale sized cooking utensils.
