its worth what your willing to pay. tea kettle is 1800's buy the pour spout. 3 legged pot has short legs, cows horn ears I would guess late 1800's early 1900's. DO 75 maybe 100 since its not a tite top lid and as long as the lid fits the pot and it doesn't spin.
 
I have a #6 Griswold DO with the same markings with a smooth top Griswold lid. The lid there could be a match.
