I recently was given a Dutch oven that I can't see any markings on it. The bail is attached differently then the rest that I have seen. Can any one give me insight as to the manufacturer and approximate age?

If more pics are needed, let me know. There wasn't a lid with it put the top measures about 11".
 
A photo more clearly showing the handle attachment would be helpful. Also, are there any markings on the bottom?
 
No markings on the bottom that I can tell, just the riser from when it was cast. I will post better pics tomorrow when I get home from work.
 
Looks mid to late 19th century. No idea as to maker. Pieces of this age are rarely identifiable. Interesting in that it looks like it may have been a recast using an existing pan as a pattern, as the gate mark has perpendicular to it what looks like another gate mark.
