My name is Rene', I cook almost exclusively with cast iron. I recently aquired an R&E Co. N. Waterman, Roll Pan #3. I also have a pan that my mother had before I was born, she cooked many meals in it while I was growing up, fried chicken, fried potatoes, fried fish.... I have some questions which I will ask & post on a different thread!
