Griswold Broiler Skillet

All, I recently acquired a number 9 Griswold broiler skillet that had been in an established ranch family for many years. After cleaning, I discovered many anomolies. Attached are photos. Would greatly appreciate your assistance. I can find no entry in either the blue or red books for a Griswold broiler. The section on logos shows a SBL logo, but with a catalog number. This one doesn't have anything other than the SBL logo and Y mold mark incised both at 6:00 o'clock on bottom and on underside of handle. Would greatly appreciate your thoughts.

No "ERIE, PA" would indicate it was made in the Wagner plant in Ohio, sometime after the acquisition, but before ~ 1960 (no "Made In USA").
