Default Le Creuset Bean Pot?

Bought this enameled cast iron bean pot with a wire bail. It's about 4 quarts. I'm wondering if anyone can ID it since it is unmarked. It looks like it could be early Le Creusset or possibly Deskoware. Any Ideas?

If the ridge around the circumference of the lid doesn't fit inside the top rim of the pot (it doesn't look like it), the two pieces likely aren't a set.

I would have thought the same, but I remembered seeing basically the same pot in the Smithsonian in Julia Child's kitchen. It looks like it fits the same as the one I have. The inside circumference does fit inside the rim of the pot. Here's a pic of Julia Child's stove top in the Smithsonian.

Child was a big proponent of Descoware, but photos and illustrations always show the bean pot with applied loop handles on the sides, not a bail handle. The Descoware in ads is always described as being a 3 qt.
