Default Strange Wagner Handle

Hello,
Has anyone ever seen a Wagner handle like this? This is the only picture I have. I know it is an unmarked Wagner and that it has the later handle style, just never seen Wagner cast into the handle like that. Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Kyle

The person selling it is asking 55 bucks. My brother might buy it because it is rare but we were both wondering if it is collectable/desirable. Has anyone ever seen this before? Would you consider it a valuable piece, in terms of rarity for vintage cast iron not monetarily, would you buy it for 55? Just curious on your thoughts.
