If you mean like footed rimmed kettles, yes, it appears they used Griswold pieces as patterns. If you mean like camp ovens, it doesn't appear so, none shown in the BB, anyway.

Id say they more on the rare side, but they are out there. Learn something new everytime Im on here.
 
Those seem more like leveling nubs, say for an iffy pattern (or maybe the DO they made the pattern from was already bowed?). Or perhaps to keep it from spinning on or wearing down the Indian? Not sure why they'd be necessary otherwise.

That's an interesting theory Doug. It would make sense with the 3-D Indian Head Logo. Mine still sits on the logo, even with the nubs.
