I would like to thank the administration for allowing me to join this group.
I started using cast iron around Christmas with my first Lodge Cast Iron Skillet.
I am wanting to learn all about cast iron, cooking, the care of cast iron, & restoration of cast iron.

Welcome! There are some great recipes in the recipe section of the forums. Also, if you search for Lodge Cast Iron on YouTube you will find some great videos on care and cleaning. (And they are nice and short! Perfect for my short attention span.)
