Wagner 1058 Center Logo W/Heat Ring

I was really hesitant on Sunday in buying this Wagner#8 Center logo pan and its companion a #9. $7.50 each. Rescuing a piece of history I guess after living near Sidney, Ohio for 4 years was going through my brain. Not a collector piece for sure but they both intregued me. After multiple days of lye bath and electrolysis I believe it will make a great grill skillet. Has some major pitting and a chip but rings like a champ with just a finger tap. The #9 I think will end up a fair pan. Time will tell. About to season this guy.

I think you did well rescuing those at that price. I would have brought them home.
