Rust?

Hi,
I cleaned and seasoned according to directions on this site. However, when I did the vinegar soak, I didn't realize until afterwards, that I diluted my already diluted vinegar. After seasoning, I noticed the pan has kind of a bronze cast to it and wondered if that is normal or is it rust and should I repeat the vinegar soak with the correct 1:1 ratio of vinegar? Also, after the first use, I didn't realize I didn't dry the bottom good enough and a little surface rust developed. Wasn't sure best way of handling both of these issues?

The pan will darken up with use or more layers of seasoning. As for the flash rust, it should come off easily with a little oil on a rag and a bit of rubbing.
