How about scallops and chips with the scallops seared in butter with onion, garlic and bacon bits in a #7 BSR?

Wish I could get them straight from the water here in Michigan....

Only if they're the meaty part of a spicy sushi roll. Otherwise, I want 'em Hilditch style.

Obesity, Cholesterol, Heart Attack or Stroke keep me away from eating like that.

If I am having cooked scallops it will be pan seared in a little wine and home made butter with black pepper, or lemon and home made butter with black pepper.

My problem is I like the flavor of good fish, meat so to mask it with bacon and other ingredients is like wasting fresh food.

The butter is unsalted. Live Long.
 
Justin, you can get the next best thing from Certified Steak and Seafood. You will still have to rinse the sand out of the cracks. They average 1 3/4 oz. @.
