Hi I found this site looking for info on a wagner ware -o- 1266 pot and lid that I found at an estate sale this weekend - in pretty good shape but looks like it was used in the regular cooking of the previous owner. I had been looking for a dutch oven and thought this was small but would still work for the 2 of us... Previously only have a crepe pan and a lodge skillet that I use regularly - neither of which are "vintage". Great site - thanks!

I tried taking a picture with my phone - hard to get the writing to show..Thought I'd share anyway!

Jeff's right, perfect size for baking some bread.

Also good for everything under the sun. Pot of beans (Black eyed peas, Lima beans, Lentils, etc....)

I think that's a 6Qt. fairly rare size for Dutch ovens, and yours looks to be in great shape.
