Unmarked ID

Hello everybody,

Any help with this one, ID and time period? I can't find anything that matches this on the unmarked CI page of the main site. My best guess is something from Wagner but I don't want to guess. TIA.

Anyone? There's a guy claiming it's Vollrath but he says a lot of questionable stuff and I trust this site to have real authority, keep bragging about the level of expertise among the members here.

Perhaps it's a copy?

The lower photo makes the handle appear to have the "stretched" look like Vollrath. But it doesn't have the long reinforcement rib. More likely pre-1924 Wagner or something made by a competent foundry using a Wagner as basis for a pattern.
