Warped #9

Can you ever so slightly use a press to get a slight bow out of the bottom? I’m hoping that the wider bottom of a #9 might let it flex a little bit but I’m scared it might break. Has anyone tried this, thanks

Yes. Tried and broke. Used a heating torch and a shrink heating pattern.

Most likely 100% it will break/crack if you try and straighten it. If the warpage isn't too bad and you have a gas stove it's probably safe to use it for cooking or push come to shove use as a cornbread skillet or other types of cooking in the oven.

I have a warped #( Wapak for frying peppers and onions, works great!
