Default Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron

Pick up this little pot yesterday at GW.
As I was inspecting it, I started to wonder if enameled cast iron has the same issues with cracks. Iíve never seen a cracked enameled CI. Is it because they are not as old? People donít throw them in a fire or a SCO? Something else?

Thanks.

Any piece of CI can crack. I've seen pictures of cracked enameled iron. They show their age generally with the chips in the enamel. You do have to treat enameled with a little more care because of this.
