Help Identifying This DO

Can't tell if there's a marking on the bottom or not. Whatever it is, it's heat damaged.

I’ve never dealt with a heat damaged pan. What are the consequences? Will it season up as normal? Is it still usable? Is it more brittle?

The surface becomes scaly. Getting seasoning to stick is troublesome to impossible.
