Being cooked in my newly acquired Wagner 1891 series 2 quart bean pot.

Ingedients:
  • 2 cans beans, pork n beans, and black - rinsed & drained
  • 1/4 lb homemade breakfast sausage
  • onion
  • green peppers
  • ketchup
  • mustard
  • brown sugar
  • thyme
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Cooked bacon on top

Cooked in smoker for 7 hours at 225 with a pork butt. I might throw in some homemade BBQ rub in if it seems a little bland. I do not measure, thus no amounts.

I would love to see other recipes.

thanks,
Dean
