Default Cinnamon Rolls

I found a wood Bishop roll pan a few weeks back but didnít buy it. Yesterday I went to the same place and it was still there with two more next to it. I ended up buying it and took it home just as an interesting piece. My son is home from college and he pestered me to use it as soon as I got through the door. So I spent a few hours stripping of the years of crud and cleaned it well. Last night I put on a couple layers of season and it looks new. This morning I awoke and my son began making cinnamon rolls....I gave in to his enthusiasm and we oiled the pan and gave it a whirl. Damn they came out good! I had low expectation but they came out perfect and popped right out of the pan.

That's great. Your son seems to like CI also. I wish we had a pic, but the rolls probably didn't let long.

Where were the other pans located? If close enough by, I might pick up one.

Heís so inquisitive, I wish I still had his energy. I got the pan at a local antique/ thrift barn here in Maine.
