Is this pan worth the price?

I would be interested in your thoughts on this constick pan, found in the Seattle area for $28.....I will show the bottom only because I have a question pending re uploading pictures.

Is this pan worth $28? (Bargains on cast iron are rare up here; heck, cast iron is rare up here!)

I'm not an "expert" although I buy and sell quite a bit of cast iron . I'd say for a nice condition well marked Wagner Ware $28 would not be unreasonable at all . Even more so if you live somewhere that any cast iron is scarce .

I got lucky and found mine for $10. It was a little rusty but has cleaned up to be the prettiest, deepest black and shiny pan I have restored.

$28 is not unreasonable. Around here, at antique stores, they usually ask a little more. And I've even seen one (in similar condition to the one I bought) where the lady is asking $95. I have no idea where she came up with that price. Maybe something about hers makes it more rare? It looks the same as the one I have unless I'm missing something.
