Electrolysis using a PC power supply

I have too many PC power supplies and wanted to see if it would work on a waffle iron low base. Used the green jumper ground to turn on the power supply. Look up the ATX Pinout. I used the 12vdc for the CPU to make the connections. Power supply is rated 12vdc and 28 amps.
Attached outside to a ground protected circuit.

I've used these to power car stereos for tunes in the garage for a long time
Never thought about using one for electrolysis

I too have several old computer power supplies. I've been planning on upgrading the old car battery charger just as soon as I find a weatherproof enclosure to put it in.

DC is DC. I just had to make sure which polarity and the amount of current output.
I didn't want to purchase a battery charger, but as an IT software developer I knew these supplied output 12vdc. Get the cheapest supply.
