Default Earlier Lodge Chef Skillet

Hello everybody, I know this one is a Lodge after mid 60s, but does anybody knows about a smaller timeframe when it was produced (without helper handle and without "Lodge")?

Skillets with that marking style are generally dated ca. 1965 - ca. 1987. It's hard to tell from catalogs thereafter exactly when the revision that added the assist handle occurred. As Lodge made revisions, the catalog numbers changed, e.g. CS1, CS2, CS3, but updating catalog illustrations during the 1990s did not seem to be a priority.
