I did notice that it looked like the #367 lemon squeezer in the BB, but it is an inch shorter at 9 1/2in. I also noticed that Griswold didn't list a part # 363. I have been unable to find any info on the Griswold lemon squeezers, specifically the p/n placement. If the p/n placement was correct, is it possible it could be a #5 lemon squeezer? The more pressing concern is how to clean the piece.

Griswold lemon squeezers apparently were made in different sizes. The p/n listing in the BB was mostly compiled by Steve Stephens, and consisted mainly of that which he had seen and was not necessarily taken from Griswold literature or correlated with pieces shown in the book.

I appreciate the info. Do you have any recommendations on cleaning? Whether japanned or tinned?

None in my collection. 0000 steel wool, lightly, on tinned, perhaps. Japanned probably best left as found.

Thanks Doug. I've been sort of timid about cleaning it. I was leaning towards leaving it as is. I have picked up some Wagner scoops and been refinishing aluminum with some amazing results, minus one piece...I think I am hooked, despite the amount of work. I picked up a 6qt. aluminum Wagner low percolating coffee pot...I dread the work.
