#10 Identification

My husband found a few skillets at a local antique shop this week that were covered in extremely think crud. After several days in the lye bath we realized he had picked up a #6 three notch Lodg and an unmarked #10. My guess on the 10, based Solely on the ridge on the underside of the handle, is BSR. The single dot on the right side of the ridge is something I've never seen though and there is a distinct casting flaw on the cooking surface. Can't help but wonder if it's an import? Any ideas of who made this skillet?

Ridge like BSR, raised number like old Lodge, smooth bottom like neither (except BSR chicken fryer). Probably small domestic foundry rather than import.
