HTF Griswold #12 New England Griddle

I was lucky enough to pick up this Griswold #12 New England Griddle. It looks like it was made in #s 8,9,10, and 12. I've never come across one in person before and was lucky enough to find the #12, by far the hardest to find. Just thought I would share an unusual piece.

Hasn't been cleaned yet. There are a couple of areas that might leave some minor pitting, but I more inclined to believe that it will clean up nicely.

It is a very unusual piece. Keep on looking, that's half the fun.

New to me, I blew the dust off the red book and there are two listings for 708 skillets. One called "early skillet" . Nothing called NE Griddle.
