Large Dutch Oven and Stand

These items are coming up at an auction this weekend. I had as chance to get a sneek peek and take a few pics, but couldn't really find any identifying marks on the pot. It's covered in black soot from the last fire it was hung in. Doesn't appear to be cracked or warped? Any guess'es?
The stand (they're being sold as a set?) I'm sure, doesn't go with the pot. I've scoured the internet for a foundry using the initials T H M C. to no avail? Just hoping to get a ball park idea of value? I would be buying it for personal use to add to my small collection, not for re-sale.
Many thanks in advance!

None of the three pieces may go together. The lid feels like Lodge for an early country oven, but the bail attachments on the pot don't, and it doesn't have legs which one would expect on a pot that came with that lid. If the stand was made to hold a pot, the pot probably had lugs to fit in those receivers. No idea on THMC, but the MC probably means Manufacturing Company.

Thanks Doug! I'll post a note if I get it at the auction. There could well be something on the bottom that is obscured due to the soot?

the bail attachment (that I refer to as frankenstein neck bolt)... was used by canadian maker McClary... you might try doing some searches that include that name and see if you get any similar looking dutch ovens.
