The Bells A'ringing....

Too cool to pass up. An 18" cast iron rooster dinner bell. The pitch
of the bell is actually pleasing. I'm pretty sure this is recent vintage
Asian origin. They go for somewhere between $25 - $40 at various
places on the web... I gave $8.00 at GW. Now i'll get creative with
pull chain.

Another cool GW find! I buy things that are CI besides cooking stuff too. I think they are just as fun to have.

Thanks guys... I'm actually building up some nice cast iron
kitchen accouterments.... wine racks, cook book holder, large
pizza skillet holder. Even if most is foreign faux vintage at least
it's origins are in a foundry somewhere. Some of my favorite
stuff is yard art statuary.
