![]() A friend of me asked for ID/dating help on a couple of skillets and I could use further input on one of them, if there's any to be had. I've ID'd this one as a Wagner Sydney -O- Stylized logo, high, with smooth bottom, ranging from 1935-1959. If that's correct, is it possible to narrow the date range down any further? I don't know my Wagners very well. I appreciate the help, thanks. ![]() ![]() |

Earlier WWSO smooth bottom skillets have a heavier weight to the TM and catalog number. Additionally, the c/n font on earlier examples is larger and sans serif. That the c/n on yours is lighter and the font is more typewriter-ish places it later in the 1935-1959 time frame. The heavier weight and font I'm speaking of is most easily seen on the pie logo skillets.
