Howdy All;
New to the forum, checked in at the top of the Index page. Biggest question is about re-calculating recipes for smaller DO. I have a 2 qt. Lodge #8 and most all of the recipes are for #12's. What fraction has worked for you experienced folks out there? What about those mixes in-a-box things, how do ya divvy those things up? As mentioned in the Intro thread, I live in my RV so storage is at a minimum and clean-up when flour and such gets on the rug and furniture becomes a pain ... So, looking for your ideas and suggestions. Thanks for havin' me. hank |
