Generally speaking, if it's old, there's a gate mark on the bottom, and no name on it, ID chances are slim to none.
I think the reddish is from the camera flash, not fire damage. |

gate marked, 'fancy handle', raised size on handle, single spout...
looks similar to my #7 single spout. https://imgur.com/a/kJ27A there is a facebook group for 'gate marked cast iron cookware' I've seen several people post pics similar...but no one has any idea for a maker or even a timeframe... some suggest that the single spouts are older than the double spouts. |
