Help ID This #8 Skillet Please

I have a lead on this skillet. Unusual handle design, at least to a newbie like me. Sorry for poor picture quality, but this all I have.

Also, does red/orangish tint indicate overheating, or something else bad?

Generally speaking, if it's old, there's a gate mark on the bottom, and no name on it, ID chances are slim to none.

I think the reddish is from the camera flash, not fire damage.

gate marked, 'fancy handle', raised size on handle, single spout...

looks similar to my #7 single spout.

there is a facebook group for 'gate marked cast iron cookware' I've seen several people post pics similar...but no one has any idea for a maker or even a timeframe... some suggest that the single spouts are older than the double spouts.
