Red Mountain or Century BSR

Hi,

Is there an easy way to narrow the model for this skillet and possibly the date range of manufacture? I'm sure it's a Birmingham Stove & Range pan, but I can't seem to find any details online that might indicate Red Mountain or Century models with these markings.

BSR breaks down basically like so:
Large spouts, crude markings = RM
Small spouts, number and pattern letter not crude = early automation RM or Century
Small spouts, dimensional markings = DISA automation Century
