OK, last two pictures of my pan. Thank you so much for any assistance! I cleaned it up and it is smooth and wonderful pan with a slight wobble but not enough to bother me!

That's a shallow skillet. That particular Wagner trademark was in use ~ 1910-1920. If you gave less than $50 for it, and it's not pitted, warped or cracked, you did OK.
