I recently acquired a Eddie Bauer Salmon Corn Bread Pan. All the pans that I have seen before has an 'L' under the handle near the pan. Mine does not have this. I know the L stands for Lodge and was from my information only manufactured by Lodge in 1992 for Eddie Bauer.
BS&R created the Handy Dan pan that this is made from. Is it possible that BS&R made the originals before they sold to Lodge? Or is this the first or last run of the pans without the 'L'? Thanks for everyone's help in advance. P.S. Another possibility, a recast? It doesn't appear to be. I'll post pics after it comes out of the lye tank. |
