Atlanta Stove Works Inc

I have an Atlanta Stove Works Inc. griddle that has no identifying marks that I know of other than its original paper label. Proudly proclaiming 75 years of service, the griddle need to be cleaned seasoned as it has some surface rust and has never been used. Should I save the label such as laminating it and keeping with the griddle or does it even matter?

Hard to say without pics, but there are collectors of ASW/BSR and they really like those labels and will pay a premium especially if they are still attached. Of course, everything depends on condition, but if the label is still attached I wouldn't remove it.
