A google search yields not single match for this. I don't think it's super old - a Lodge, but I don't find one with the unique handle - both sides unique for Lodge.

If anyone can shed any light, it would be appreciated!

12APG = 12" All Purpose Griddle. Discontinued. Handles style similar to mid-2000s Lodge Pro Logic 12RG3 round griddle, although can't say which came first.

Lodge's website calls the 12RG3 All-Purpose Griddle in this listing: https://www.lodgecastiron.com/patents however the patent referenced is for their pizza roasting pan. Probably a typo since several consecutive patent numbers were awarded them in 2002.
