Help is this piece

I only see an H on both pieces , any idea who made it ,

The H is a molder's mark. The temptation might be to say Lodge, but their #23 was 6 sticks not 5, and did not have hanging holes, AFAIK.
 
In the Collectors Guide to Wagner Ware (red paper back) page 90 It shows this piece but there too the piece was identified as unknown maker. So ...I guess there are a few of these pieces around and apparently made well enough to have some notability about them. Clean them up and use them and tell everyone the "H" stands for (Hard to Find).
