Default Help Identify This Lodge Griddle

I'm hoping you are able to help me identify this Lodge griddle I picked up at a secondhand store. I can't find this anywhere on the internet. The only markings are "Lodge" on both sides. Based on the "notches" at the corners, looks like it might be a piece that was created to fit into a specific stove top. Reverse side is smooth. Any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
